“I liked the setup of the room. The reception and restaurant staff were great! The pool is large and very nice. The hot tub was relaxing even with the heating element being broken at the time (waiting on a part). The worst thing is that there is absolutely NO hot water. Both mornings and evenings our showers were lukewarm at best. This is one of the worst conditions for me as I like very hot showers. While the room was clean, the hallways could use a little tender care and better cleaning - especially around the edges and in front of the room doors. There was a lot of dust and debris. The tub faucet is also broken and appears about to fall off the wall.”
